Welcome to SWEAT 101! SWEAT 101 is a high energy, ‘go at your own pace’, instructional ride, perfect for those riders who are new to spin or just getting back into the saddle! This beginners based ride will not only teach you everything you need to know about how to properly spin but will also help you conquer those first time cycling fears!

The SWEAT Ride is our signature house ride! This unique cycling experience incorporates weights, upper body resistance, and energizing beats! This ride is guaranteed to leave you motivated and SWEATY AF!


THE BEATS & BANDS RIDE
45 MINUTES

The BEATS & BANDS Ride is not for the faint-hearted. This 45 minute ride is full of high intensity cardio with intense resistance band activity. Every move goes along to the beat of the music to achieve a FULL BODY workout like never before. Offered Monday's at 6:45 PM.


The SWEAT & PRESS Ride
45 minutes

The SWEAT & PRESS Ride is the best of both worlds. A beat based ride that incorporates multiple upper body weight songs and fast paced cardio riding. It's the true definition of a FULL body workout.


THE POWER HOUR RIDE
60 MINUTES

Challenge yourself with The Power Hour Ride! The Power Hour Ride offers 60 minutes of heart pumping, cardio vascular, endurance training. If you leave our 45 minute ride wanting more, then this is the ride for you!


The DRENCHED Ride
45 minutes

The Drenched Ride is lead by two power house instructors going back to back taking you through one amazing workout. This beat based and cardio driven ride will leave you feeling DRENCHED.


The Rebel Ride
45 minutes

The Rebel Ride goes against the grain and beats to the music of it's own drum! With an eclectic mix of music and ride styles this ride is perfect for riders who are new to spin, just getting back into the saddle, and those who live rebeliously!
