COVID GUIDELINES & PROCEDURES
SWEAT has always been dedicated to the health and safety of each person that walks into our doors and now we're taking it a step further.
- CDC: SWEAT continues to follow all CDC and local rules and regulations.
- Close contact: If we are made aware of individual testing positive for COVID we will notify all “close contacts” as defined by the CDC via email that same day. We ask that you email hello@sweatcyclingstudio.com if you have ridden within the past 3-5 days and tested positive for COVID.
- PPE: Hand sanitizer, masks, and sanitizing wipes will be available at all studios.
- Masks: Masks are REQUIRED for all unvaccinated individuals.
- HEPA Filter: Each studio is now equipped with a medical-grade HEPA air filtration system which filters out 99.9% of all bacteria and viruses and will run 24/7.
- Class Start Times: Please note: we recommend you do not check-in/enter the studio until 15 mins prior to the start of class. We request that if possible, wait outside (if weather permits) or in your car.
- Hands-Free Check-In: We have created the ability to check-in via the iOS SWEAT app up to 15 mins prior to the class. Please note: you will have to be within a 25-foot radius of our front desk for this feature to work. Should you wish to check in with our front desk team, you can do so by providing your name as you enter the studio. Once our class is ready to begin our team will do a headcount to ensure everyone has been checked in accordingly.
- Cash: All purchases must be made via the CC listed on your account. No cash will be accepted at the front desk. Please ensure you have an active CC listed on your account. Venmo will also be accepted in the studio.
- Cancellations: To allow as many people as possible to attend our classes, we will be strictly enforcing our 12-hour cancellation policy. Please remember to cancel 12 hours prior to the start of class to avoid a fee. Please email hello@sweatcyclingstudio.com if the cancellation is due to COVID like symptoms.
- Late Entry: To keep with safe social distance guidelines and practices, once the studio door has shut, there will be absolutely no late entry to a class.
- Waitlist: Don't be afraid to join! We are using the waitlist to determine what class start times work best for our community while we adapt to a new schedule. Should you be waitlisted for a class and wish to show up and wait, we request that you remain outside and let us know you have arrived by calling 781-246-7746. Should a spot open up we will call you to enter the studio.
We know that much of this may be overwhelming but we’re confident that if we work together as a community, we will find our new "norm". We're always here to ensure you get the best experience and can't wait to hopefully see you back on a bike soon.
